A thorough initial treatment will utilize a combination of some or all of the following techniques:

• Treatment to all cockroach harborages, cracks and crevices, and wall voids
• Baiting near roach food sources
• Physical removal and disposal of roaches by vacuuming
• Placement of glue traps for additional monitoring

After the initial visit, we will provide a thorough follow-up service included at no additional charge. Your Stop Bugging Me Pest Control technician will inspect for remaining cockroaches, treat any areas of harborage where eggs may have hatched after the initial service, and get rid of any remaining roaches that are still present.

Like many insect species, cockroaches are nocturnal insects and like to hide and feed in dark, humid areas close to food and water. They can be found in homes, restaurants, warehouses, offices and almost anywhere food preparation or storage areas are found. A cockroach sighting during the day is a high indicator of an infestation. In homes and businesses, they are most commonly found in the following places:

• Food preparation areas in restaurants, kitchens and pantries
• Near stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and water heaters
• In cracks and crevices, wall voids, and around sinks
• Damp areas under homes and buildings

Cockroaches are commonly mistaken for beetles. Unlike beetles, adult cockroaches have membranous wings. Cockroaches are a medium- to large-sized insect, characterized by having flattened bodies with long antennae and relatively small heads.
